Max Drake.

Raphael Drake's son who appears if you beat Raphael in Equinox in 2 minutes. He appears in the Phoenix Building from 'Phoenix Fire'. You have to chase him through the building and kill him before he escapes in his limo. He uses an assault rifle and grenades. Also, he has soldiers stationed everywhere who can set Ronins up.
