If you threw the Move Ball at any Pokemon they would do one of their moves. For example if you threw it at Bulbasaur he would do the Vinewhip then he would do Solar Beam. You could only get it by beating the entire game including getting a picture of Mew.

With the Brakes, if you held Z and pushed the B button you could just totally stop and get those hard to get pictures like Baloon Pikachu. The only way you could get this is if you get all the Pokemon signs.
