The Ultra Boost would be an item that you could pick up along the track just like the other weapons and items. I always thought there should be some way, other than the three boosts you normally have, to send yourself flying down the track at twice the normal speed. Ultra boosts would last a little longer than the normal boosts and would get you going at least twice as fast if used right.

Happy Rockets would be weapons that you can pick up along the course just like the other weapons. This weapon would give you unlimited Rockets for one lap so you could just shoot em off like crazy, that's why there called happy rockets. This wouldn't just be with rockets though, there could be happy mines, lasers etc.
