Joey is a person you find after you defeat Violin, Agile, and Dr. Surge. After you beat them you see a question mark on one of the stages. When you get to the room Joey says how he feels about robots, then he pulls out a light-saber and the fight begins. Simultaneously, he charges up an ice laser that doesn't do any damage, but freezes you. He also has the ability to deflect uncharged shots. If you beat him, A crystal on his head will change from black to blue. Then he will apologize for attacking you unintentionally. He will next join you. He has different attacks. All of them have to do with ice. He can also combine with X to make Super J. He is the best character in the game besides X.

ZeroX (pronounced Xerox) is exactly what it says it is. Mega Man X and Zero fused (For Dragon Ball fans, Fuuusion ha). He has Zero's weapons and X's Armor (basically the one from Mega Man X3). Also, they learn techniques both ways (get weapons to shoot and sword techniques).

Striker is a extremely well trained warrior from the first maverick riot by Sigma's forces. He looks like Zero but has a visor over his eyes and is equipped with the latest technology such as the beam sabre and dual arm cannons. He seeks revenge for his brother's death at the hands of Sigma in the first riot. Striker is a member of X's mobile cavalry, on the hovercycles not horses, that searches and destroys all maverick outposts. He was trained by Zero and Sigma when Sigma was still a maverick hunter.

Mega Dog is a dog that helps Mega Man in the game. He can Fly and Mega Man can ride him. He fires bombs and can attack with his teeth. Mega Man has to find him. He is in the Flame Stag is level in the beginning. You have to clime the wall until you see him. He can fire lasers out of his chest. He is Mega Man's first dog and Mega Man is his friend.

Wind Hawk has a face like a hawk and can do wind attacks. He can make a twister and fire wind bombs that explode and makes the twister and a wind boomerang. He can fly and attack with his beak. If you defeat him you will get a wind bomb that blows up and makes a twister. If you power it up it will blow away the enemies around Mega Man and make a lot of damage.
