The character would be a Zora. For those of you who don't know, the Zora is a creature created by Nintendo for The Legend of Zelda Series. His moves would be:

B: Twin Boomerang: Zora takes his two boomerangs and throws them. This move is exactly like link's Boomerang, except that it does a little more damage becuase there are two boomerangs.

B and Right (or Left): Tail Slap: Zora does a flip in the air and whips the opponent with his tail while spinning.

B and Up: Zora Rocket: Zora squats then jumps up with water surrounding him. (Use as third jump.)

B and Down: Electric Sheild: Zora surrounds himself with an elecric sheild for about one-and a half seconds. It does about 10% damage, but the range is extremely short.

How about shadow

B: shadow rifal: pulls it out loads and shoots massive damage

B smash: spindash: exactly the same as jigglypuff's b move

B UP: chaos control: teleports in direction you point with the control stick

B DOWN: chaos blast loads and blows everyone close very far away (like roy's fully charged B)

tant: shadow says "dont wast my time"

B: beer bottle throw: like mr. game & watch but knocks them out temporiaialy

Smash B: Johnny Power: charges at high speed and causes massive damege

UP B: Random Siderman\Medatate\MEGAMANS friend (dog): s: webs latch on to nearest platform MED: flys up an damage heals him if hit MEG: turn into light and fly upwards.

DOWN B: Crowbar: flys down at groud crowbar first

Taunt: chugs beer

A character I made FOR A NEW GAME NOT FROM ANY EXISTING GAME GOT IT GOOD

Johnny ray

B: copy cat: copys all of victums B moves and gets a costum of them (ether there cloths, a coustum of there body, or if a pokemon he turns into the pokemon with his cloths on)

UP B: Portal: opens Portal and transports in the drection you point the control stick

SMASH B: ASS WHIP: if you have a item YOU KNOCK the opponet Down and beat them down with the item press B and time it well

DOWN B: TRANSFORM: turn into Mysteryo

taunt : johnny says " go to hell"

Mysteryo

B: needal: load Needals And Trow them when done you can move while loaded

SMASH B: Silent but deadly: Like Fox\Falco But when you go past you suck the air away and they are stuned

DOWN B: Transform: Turn back to jonny

Taunt: Mysteryo says "prepare to die"

time for pokemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
