His power is 99, HP is 999, Agility is 99, and Mana is 99, then his Defense should be about 50-65. The only way to get him is to get the special 78th Magi and he'll be summoned by it. You get the Magi by going to a secret town in world two, in the sand storms, and someone will tell you about a cave they found, it's very hard inside there and you can only get inside once you have the other 76 Magi, when you get the 77th Magi you are Magi is stolen except for that one. At the end of the game you fight a very hard boss who has an HP of about 10,000.

Arsenel X2000 is just like the original Arsenal, but this time, he is fixed up and upgraded. Instead of having 4 cannons with 600HP each, He has 6 cannon with 750HP each. Also, He has 50000 HP! The best weapon for fighting him is the spell book, Flare.

Armed with: If possible, A better version of your main character's weapons and armor. Example: If your main character had Punch, he/she would have Kick. If your main character had Bronze Gauntlet, Bronze Helmet, and Bronze Armor, he/she would have Silver Gauntlet, Silver Helmet, and Silver Armor. Otherwise, Glass Sword, Hyper Cannon, (Only obliterates monsters) Magic Book of Cure, and Parasuit.

Magic: Your main character's magic. If your main character doesn't have any magic, he/she will have Flare, Charm, 0Change, and 0Damage.

What you win: Special option that lets you warp anywhere, use any weapon, magic, or "skill", play around with your statistics, and re-fight any of the bosses. You get 0 GP.

If your main character is a monster

What the monster is: A higher-level version of your main character. Example: If your main character is a Hornet, it would be a Mosquito.

Statistics: Whatever the monster that it is, its statistics.

Armed with: Whatever the monster that it is, what its armed with.

Magic: Whatever the monster that it is, what its magic is.

What you win: A 100% chance of getting his/her meat, and (If there were any) gaining access to the hidden 6th level monsters (Like Tian-Lung and Fenrir). You get 0 GP.
